Service Description
Breathwork and flow state: Through controlled breathing, we are able to relieve stress and anxiety and our bodies in turn drop into flow state: an optimal state of consciousness where focus sharpens and creativity and productivity surge. What to expect: -please plan on being in a quiet space, free from distractions. -headphones connected to your computer source are recommended. -plan on laying down or sitting up while supported. Standing up is not recommended. -I will review the breathing techniques and what to expect prior to starting the session. There will be time for Q and A. -active breathwork/breathing for approx 50 mins. -we will finish up the session with a suspension (meditation). This breathwork session is suitable for everyone, including beginners! Although does requires a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy. People with cardiovascular issues or other severe health conditions should consult with a healthcare provider prior to participating in Breathwork. Registering for a breathwork session indicates that you have read the above description and agree that you hold a basic level of health as described.
